REFUND POLICY
At Deck Heads, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
1.1. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.3. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable items, custom products, or items on sale.

2. Return Process
2.1. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
2.2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back to us.
2.3. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds
3.1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3.3. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
4.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
4.2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
4.3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4.4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

5. Exchanges
5.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us with details of the issue.

6. Non-Refundable Items
6.1. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded. 6.2. Gift cards are non-refundable.
